Describe your show visually and musically.

Journey Revisited delivers Journey’s smooth rock ballads and those timeless classics with-out pre-recorded backing tracks or digital vocal enhancements. With our two lead vocalists, Frank House and Kevin Jachetta bring the classic Steve Perry- Gregg Rolie sound with their authentic re-creation of Journey’s distinctive vocals.

How do you describe your music to people?

We try to recreate Journey’s songs the way people remember hearing them. We don’t like to stray too much from radio and album cuts. We perform the songs in the original keys of the songs.
Tell us about how the band formed.

We started in 2011 with Kevin Jachetta on keys, Val Popovic on guitar, David Hawkes on drums, and two other local talents. As bands often do, we had some changes in members. In 2016 Dave Sousa joined us on bass. Later in 2016, we added Sacramento singer-songwriter Frank House to complete our current lineup.

What's the story behind the band name?

We wanted a name that had Journey in it so that it is instantly recognized as a Journey tribute. We took inspiration from Credence Clearwater Revisited.
