One moment that we felt we made a difference is when we played a Linkin Park/Soundgarden benefit show to raise money for suicide awareness and pay tribute to the members of those bands that lost their lives to suicide.

Growing up, we always looked up to artists that conveyed a genuine emotional connection to their audience. Those artists always inspired us to write music that is authentic to who we are and the experiences we have had in our own personal lives.

Our guitarist, Jared, and singer, Alex, were looking for ideas for band names from old movie quotes when they discovered the movie title A Foreign Affair. They felt the name had a nice ring to it, so it just stuck.
