Can you describe a moment in your career, where you felt like you truly reached somebody or made a difference?

Our calling is to promote suicide awareness and anti-bullying through our music, lyrics and fan interaction. Our numbers are on our band page and can be reached anytime if anyone are having problems and just need to talk, we have people calling us and we have talked them out of doing harm to themselves or others and that’s what makes it all worth it.

Do you have regular gigs around town?

Yes! We played roughly 30 shows last year between Sacramento and the Bay Area.

Is there a central theme to your band's music?

Yes, we speak about suicide awareness, domestic violence, PTSD and how not to let it take your life over.

Tell us about how the band formed.

02.13.20

Dreams Of Madness was formed in 2018 by Nicholas Morgan (guitarist), Jason Hughes (drummer), Aidan Ballard (Vocals) and Adam Doyle (bass). We all have a huge passion for music and helping people so we wanted to do something good with our talent. So we decided we will play in support of suicide awareness, our veterans, police, fire and EMT as well as being able to contact us 24/7 if someone needs to talk. Our guitarist is a combat veteran (Afghanistan) and knows the struggles they face.

Nick (guitar) and Adam bass have been in the music industry a long time and have made may of friends in there Journey and they do all our booking.

To keep sending a positive message. Just maybe some one needs to here they are loved and there not alone.

Nick is a retired Afghanistan Veteran, Jason owns his own business, Aidan is a worship leader, Adam plays bass right handed, but is a lefty.

Getting our message out there and meeting some amazing musicians.

What's the story behind the band name?

02.13.20

Our guitarist always talked about the crazy dreams and life events that have happened to him during deployment and that there is a light that guided him through the koas [sp] in his dreams and in life and all the members have gone through really rough times in their lives. So we came up with Dreams Of Madness. It represents that there is always hope even in the Madness of your dreams and life.
