The perfect blend of underground and commercial music.

Tell us about how you first started gigging.

The first show I did was based off of an opportunity that was presented to me. I went and did the show, had a great time, it went really well, and that’s when I knew—this is my calling!

Tell us about your best gig in Sac.

02.04.19

I’ve done so many over the years, it’s hard to pick... I’d have to say the one I just recently did at Ace of Spades (12.29, Too Short). It was sold-out, the energy when I performed was awesome, and when I was performing "Sushi," to hear people singing along was a thrill. That has to be my favorite for sure!

Tell us about your worst gig.

I did an event in 2012 where my mic went out not once, but twice! I STILL performed with NO MIC; It was pretty terrible, but fun at the same time. I think folks respected the fact that I just wouldn’t quit!

What's the story behind your stage name?

02.04.19

My name actually is an abbreviation for an old nickname I had in high school when I was playing basketball ("A-Train"). One of my friends had the same nickname, same number as me, but he played football. One of my friends was like “Well, just go by A.T.!”, and I did, and the spelling evolved into what it is now as time went on!
