02.22.19

Thank you.

How do you describe your music to people?

02.22.19

We make music for dreamers, pickpockets, somnambulists, poets, ne'er-do-wells, second-story specialists, free-thinkers, bums and tightrope-walkers. Aaron Davis said this in the Bee: "It’s as if they refused to vacate a Chicago martini lounge when the wrecking ball tore through it, staying with the rubble all the way to the scrapyard and not skipping a beat under a desolate moonlit sky.”

Tell us about how the band formed.

02.22.19

Steve Bird and I, fresh out of Junkyard Burlesque, decided to make a record, and suddenly people wanted to join in. And stayed. And more joined in. We couldn't turn back.

Tell us about your best gig in Sac.

02.22.19

The one with The Iguanas at Harlow's. Got to jump in and jam with them. They were fantastic.
